In the last few years as I try to move to a minimal travel lifestyle I have discovered that I actually only need 7 minimal travel makeup products to be happy and pretty!
In this post, I am going to share with you my top 7 minimal travel makeup and beauty products that will help you get camera-ready in minutes and won’t break the bank.
#1 Bare Minerals Tinted Moisturizer
If there is one product I don’t leave home without, it is this Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer.
After my basic cleaning routine, I put this tinted moisturizer along with a primer underneath and I’m good to go!
The tinted moisturizer lasts 6-8 hours without getting cakey and provides a natural, dewy finish that I absolutely love!
#2 Wunderbrow Eyebrow Gel
One of the things that I believe is so important in giving your face some definition, is good eyebrows!
This is why I keep this Wunderbrow eyebrow gel handy to give my brows some quick TLC without looking like a plastic doll.
#3 Honest Beauty Lip Crayon
What’s a makeup look without some pop of color?
When I’m traveling, I like to stick to shades that are subtle but yet moisturizing.
This is why I’m a huge fan of the ” rel=”noopener noreferrer”>Honest Beauty lip crayons. If you suffer from super dry lips, you might also want to keep a lip balm in your makeup kit.
I also keep an extra one in my purse or handbag to reapply when needed.
#4 Million Lashes Mascara
What’s a cute look without defined eyelashes?
I love this mascara from Loreal to get a quick finish on my eyes and make them pop a bit more than usual.
I suffer from non-existent lashes and hence I can’t really imagine having my makeup routine without a mascara.
#5 Rimmel’s Magnifique Eye Palette
The one must-have product that is travel size and still qualifies as minimal makeup, is a cute eye-shadow palette.
This one from Rimmel is perfect for changing your look to an evening one should the party peeps come calling.
I also like to carry an extra brush that I prefer for eyeshadow application as I don’t like the free one that comes with the palette but that’s entirely up to you!
Some other products to consider for a minimal travel makeup kit are:
- Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer
- Nars – Orgasm Blush
- Rimmel’s Stay Matte Fix & Go 2-in-1 Primer & Setting Spray
