The plugin is free until 200 subscribers, but is chargeable once you cross that threshold like most other email marketing tools.

Optin Monster: The best conversion optimization tool that exists in the market, especially with exit intent pop-ups. If you’re looking to seriously up your conversion rate optimization and boost email subscribers, definitely look into Optin Monster’s paid version.
